		<description>Hi Michael,

My husband runs a business as an unincorporated entity, the business has a tax file number. My question is, what annual income tax return do I complete. Do I use a company tax return, or as my husband is the only member of the entity, can I declare everything on his individual tax return?

Thanks

		<description>Hello,

Thank you for the information your website provides.
I'm after some advice, I have a 08-09 and 09-10 company tax return to do. I'm the director of the company but have not traded at all since the company was set up in early 2008! I have no assets and as I said have not traded at all! What do I lodge if I have had no trade! I also want to close/cancel my abn and acn as I now have no use for the company as my circumstances changed. Would you be able to assist me with what I need to do? If so please contact me and provide a quote for services.

Regards,

		<description>Hi Lucy

You can lodge your company income tax return yourself.

Someone from our office will be in contact with you shortly to provide you with more information.

Kind Regards</description>

		<description>Hi,

I just have a quick question. For the company income tax return, can I lodge it myself or it must be lodged via an agent? Because I can see at the end of the company tax return form that there is a section for the agent to sign. I always thought I can lodge it by myself.

Thanks for your help.
