		<description>Hello thank you for the article it was very interesting. I was interested in a bit of further information where a family trust uses a corporate trustee. My understanding is that a trustee is or can be made personally liable for the debts of the trust. From your article it seems I am wrong. If a family trust uses a company as a trustee the directors of the company acting as trustee are not made liable in their personal capacity, is this correct?</description>
